Job Title: Engineering Project Manager
Location: Markham, ON
Pay Range: 40-45 an hour
Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
What's the Job?
- Lead and manage strategic capital projects and manufacturing transformation initiatives to drive operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and corporate stakeholders, to develop project outlines, budgets, and timelines.
- Evaluate project feasibility, conduct risk assessments, and manage project cash flows to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Implement upgrades to systems and machinery, expanding automation, PLC, and digitization efforts across manufacturing sites.
- Lead deployment of innovative technologies such as robotics, autonomous mobile robots, and other automation solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- 5-10 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is preferred.
