Seeking a Customer Service Representative!
In this role, you’ll support customers, distributors, and contractors by providing product information, processing orders, and coordinating solutions related to heating and storage systems.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, delivering timely, accurate information.
Process orders, quotes, and warranty requests in internal systems.
Provide guidance on product features, specifications, and model options.
Work closely with production, logistics, and technical teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
Maintain customer records and support general administrative and sales activities.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 annually
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years of direct experience in sales and/or customer service.
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and translate customer needs.
Self motivated with high energy and an enthusiastic, positive approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong, professional customer presence.
