JOB DESCRIPTION

AAA Canada is looking for a Welding Process Expert to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Technical writing of welding work instructions
  • Creation of a comprehensive training program
  • Development of weld quality and inspection criteria
  • Training and coaching of personnel
  • Assessment of personnel techniques
  • Safety recommendations

Skills and qualifications

  • CWB (Canadian Welding Bureau) certification
  • 5 years' experience in similar projects
  • Demonstrated professional autonomy
  • Work in a French-speaking environment

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
