Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Oversee all clinic operations, driving both financial and clinical performance. Implement innovative strategies for growth, efficiency, and service expansion within the community.
• Team Empowerment & Development : Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinicians and support staff. Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, shared ownership, and exceptional patient-centered care.
• Clinical Excellence & Quality Assurance : Champion the highest standards of patient care, guide complex case management, and lead quality improvement initiatives that directly benefit our clients.
• Community Engagement : Build strong, meaningful relationships within the local community, identifying opportunities for outreach, partnerships, and programs that address local health needs.
• Operational Mastery : Optimize clinic flow, manage resource allocation, and collaborate seamlessly with administrative teams to ensure an outstanding experience for both patients and staff.
• Talent Acquisition & Nurturing : Play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top-tier clinical talent, building a team that reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Clinical Practice : Maintain a balanced clinical caseload, leading by example and staying connected to patient care.
