Key Responsibilities

• Role modelling exceptional hospitality to guests and team members
• Implementing initiatives to drive sales and profit
• Assisting in hiring, onboarding, and training processes
• Developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors
• Overseeing front-of-house leader areas
• Handling GM duties in their absence

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of Leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on motivating and developing teams
• Energetic, positive, and excellent communication skills
• Drive for continuous improvement and commitment to diversity
• Experience in leadership development is an asset
