Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for a full time Mandarin or Cantonese/ English speaking Customer Support / Administration for a health food distribution company. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing and is customer-service oriented. The person with the right customer service attitude is welcome!
Requirements:
*Offer customer service through email, phone or walk-in clients
* Administrative work related to customer support
*Occasionally physical work which will be to pick up simple/ small orders from warehouse or will assist during events
Education and Experience
•Successful candidates must be energetic, professional, proactive and positive
•Experience in customer service
•Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•Able to work to deadlines, prioritize tasks appropriately and multitask effectively
•Post-Secondary education would be an asset
•Fluent Mandarin or Cantonese. Conversational English skills - good written communication.
Work Schedule is Mondays to Thursdays are 1pm to 9pm, Fri 11am to 7pm, rare occasion Saturday for events
Wage is $16.30-18.30/ hour. Benefits after probationary period.
