TYPE: 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension SKILLS: Project Manager, Auto RFP, Solution Selection, Procurement Technology, Responsible AI, Process Transformation, Governance, MS Project, Jira, Agile, Stakeholder ManagementINDUSTRY: HealthcareDESCRIPTION: The Project Manager will lead the delivery of an Auto RFP initiative which is a strategic transformation focused on reinventing how RFPs are created managed and evaluated. This role is not limited to implementing a tool. It requires rethinking RFP creation as a complete end to end system including process design technology solutioning implementation and responsible AI enablement to improve efficiency quality and consistency across sourcing activities.The Project Manager will work closely with Technology Procurement Legal and Business partners to guide the project from problem definition and solution selection through implementation adoption and value realization. The role will ensure full alignment with delivery standards governance practices and enterprise expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery and Governance• Own end to end delivery of the Auto RFP project from discovery and solution planning through implementation and stabilization • Define project scope goals milestones success measures and delivery plans in accordance with established delivery practices • Manage project schedule risks dependencies issues and budget escalating appropriately to ensure timely and high quality outcomes • Maintain all project artifacts including charters project plans status reports risk logs and decision records following required standardsSolutioning and Implementation• Lead the platform selection and solutioning phase partnering with stakeholders to assess technology options when the tool is not yet chosen • Translate business and sourcing needs into functional and non functional requirements • Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams and vendors ensuring organizational readiness for deployment and adoptionAI Enablement Responsible Use• Identify opportunities to use AI assisted capabilities to improve RFP drafting evaluation and processing efficiency • Ensure AI is applied responsibly in alignment with governance risk compliance and ethical principles • Collaborate with Technology and Business teams to drive practical value focused AI adoption instead of experimentation without purposeStakeholder and Change Management• Serve as the central point of coordination across Technology Procurement Legal and Business groups • Facilitate workshops working sessions and decision forums to achieve alignment and drive outcomes • Support change management communications and adoption activities to ensure sustainable business impactREQUIREMENTS:• Five plus years of recent project management experience delivering technology enabled initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading projects involving solution selection implementation or process transformation • Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces bringing structure clarity and forward momentum • Excellent stakeholder management communication and facilitation skills • Experience working in hybrid cross functional enterprise environmentsPreferred Attributes• Experience with RFP sourcing or procurement related initiatives considered an asset • Exposure to AI enabled tools automation or intelligent workflows with a responsible and pragmatic approach • Familiarity with regulated or compliance driven environments • PMP certification considered an assetAs part of our hiring process we use AI based systems to support the initial screening of applicants
