Strategic Communications and Reporting Analyst

Cella by Randstad Digital is currently recruiting for a high-impact Strategic Communications & Reporting Specialist to join our client’s team in Halifax, NS. This is a dedicated 12 month contract role covering a leave of absence, focusing on executive-level reporting, internal branding, and performance tracking.

As a partner to our client, we are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex data and compelling storytelling. In this role, you will be the engine behind executive transparency and internal engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate diverse inputs into clear, high-level insights for leadership. This position is ideal for someone who excels at designing strategic presentations and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate organizational progress.

Responsibilities
Executive Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations for leadership, ensuring complex information is digestible and actionable.

Strategic Messaging: Develop and promote internal content (infographics, newsletters, videos, and slide decks) to clarify priorities and build a sense of shared purpose.

KPI Management: Partner with teams to define and track meaningful metrics, providing quarterly analysis on the success of major initiatives.

Event Facilitation: Plan and coordinate high-impact forums, town halls, and leadership offsites to reinforce the strategic vision and enhance employee engagement.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between various departments to capture content and design meaningful output that resonates with the business.

Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (specifically for executive-level decks) and Excel (for data analysis and reporting).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for strategic storytelling.

Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Adaptability: A flexible mindset with the ability to pivot quickly to meet changing business requirements.

Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a sharp eye for accuracy in metrics, tracking, and reporting.

Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-Have): Experience in Capital Markets, Marketing/Branding, or Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Design Thinking) is an asset.

Innovation: Experience or familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
