About Us
Anishnawbe GZhiitoonegamic (AGic), meaning Peoples Place of Building, is an indigenous women-led social enterprise located at 300 Archer Drive in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. The enterprise offers a transformative solution to the housing crisis facing Indigenous and Northern communities. Emerging from the Keepers of the Circle and grounded in Indigenous values AGic provides low-carbon, energy-efficient modular homes that are not only affordable and climate-resilient but also culturally grounded and community-informed.
Summary of Position
The Production Manager reports to the General Plant Manager and plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day factory operations within AGics modular housing manufacturing facility. This role works in a fast-paced production environment and supports operations across production, quality control, safety, logistics, and workforce coordination.The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring production schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cultural respect.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position based on-site in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, with flexibility as operational needs require. The starting salary will be determined based on experience, and the start date for this position will be discussed further during the interview process.
