Procurement Lead

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Procurement Lead for a contract opportunity. This is a hybrid role supporting procurement activities within a corporate real estate environment. The Procurement Lead will provide sourcing and advisory support for day-to-day procurement activities while partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Onsite presence is required one day per week and every fourth Friday at the office.

Responsibilities

o Support sourcing and procurement initiatives across real estate-related categories

o Provide advisory support to internal business partners on procurement strategies

o Lead supplier negotiations and support contract development and execution

o Partner with Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

o Support supplier performance and relationship management activities

o Contribute to process improvements and best practices within procurement operations

Must-Have Requirements

o 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience

o Experience supporting real estate services or real estate-related contracts

o Strong negotiation and contract management experience

o Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

o Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments

Nice-to-Have

o Professional procurement certification or equivalent

o Experience working with financial institutions

o Exposure to construction, facilities, or vendor management

o Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives
