To ensure that all beverages are properly made and replenished in a timely manner and in accordance with standards. To service the needs of all guests in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner thus upholding the 100% Guest Satisfaction program. The purpose of this position is to ensure outstanding service delivery to each customer in a consistent and friendly manner. Emphasis is placed on being a strong team player and building a professional and skilled service‑oriented team that maintains top‑notch performance on a daily basis.
