Key Responsibilities

CNC Operation : Setup and operate CNC milling and turning machines.

Programming : Utilize CAD / CAM Software and G-codes to write programs

Quality First : Use micrometers and calipers to maintain strict dimensional accuracy for our high-precision products.

Blueprints : Interpret technical drawings and CAD / CAM files; adjust G-code to improve production efficiency.

Maintenance : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Certification : Red Seal Machinist (or international equivalent).

Experience : Proven CNC machining experience, specifically with lathes / turning.

Technical Skills : Strong understanding of G-code, tool setups, and precision measurement.

Attributes : Detail-oriented, safe, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical : Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
