  • Prepare technical memoranda, quantity take‑offs, and cost estimates
  • Respond to public enquiries and liaise with municipal and agency staff
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Review as‑built documentation and provide project close‑out support
  • Work independently and collaboratively while engaging in professional development and industry events

You’ll Succeed If You Have

  • A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 3–7 years of experience in civil construction, including inspection, contract administration, and client interaction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contract documents, and design drawings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam and/or Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of applicable Canadian codes, construction materials, and occupational health and safety requirements
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required

It’s a Bonus If You Also Have

  • Experience with bridge and culvert rehabilitation and replacement infrastructure projects
  • Experience working on multi‑disciplinary municipal infrastructure projects
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence working independently on remote project sites
