Project Manager - Building Engineering

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager for our Project Management-Buildings Team to be responsible for and manage small to medium projects involving industrial buildings and facilities, with a focus on electrical facilities

Role accountabilities :

• Collaborate with Clients as single point of contact on different projects in different phases of project delivery (Feasibility, Concept, Design, CA, Close Out)
• Manage industrial, commercial and institutional building projects from start of design to completion of construction
• Manage multi discipline teams in coordination with the discipline Group Practice Managers to produce designs and maintain quality of deliverables
• Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team
• Assist in preparing proposal and fee letters for new work
• Facilitate regular stakeholder and project sponsor meetings to define project direction and priorities in line with corporate objectives
