Your Impact at PLATFORM
The successful candidate will be responsible for primary administration of claims activities and for the supporting the claims advocacy team with a variety of tasks. We are looking for professionals who want to join an exciting fast paced environment with a strong learning culture and a focus on overall development.
Manage all aspects of claims administration efficiently and accurately
Input and update claims information in the system promptly and correctly.
Perform general office duties such as filing scanning copying and other administrative tasks as required.
Handle claims inquiries and provide necessary information to clients and team members
Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings appointments and site visits for the claims team.
Stay updated on best practices and industry standards in claims administration
Work closely with the Claims Advocacy Team to identify areas for process improvement
Assist in implementing changes to streamline claims processes and improve efficiency
Prioritize tasks effectively to manage workload and meet deadlines
Education Experience & Qualifications
RIBO Level 1 License or working towards
Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC Broker Management System is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
