Site Superintendent

About the OpportunityOur client is a growing construction organization deliveringmercial, institutional, and industrial projects across Ontario. They are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects arepleted safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• $90,000–$110,000 CAD, based on experience
• Approximately 44 hours per week
• Travel required; occasional out-of-town work and overnight stays may be necessary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations from project start-up throughpletion
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitor project schedules, quality, productivity, and safety performance
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation and daily reports
• Coordinate materials, site logistics, and workforce planning
• Foster strong relationships with project teams, clients, and subcontractors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction leadership role
• Strong knowledge ofmercial, institutional, or industrial construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership,munication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project assignments

Certifications (Preferred)

• Working at Heights
• WHMIS
• First Aid/CPR
• MOL 4-Step Training
