Summary
The Dual Rate Dealer/Supervisor works out of the Games department. Dealers are responsible for the conduct of the card game at their table and adding to the entertainment and enjoyment of customers. Working on a tight time frame, speed and accuracy is an intricate part of this position. A Floor Supervisor oversees the activity of the dealers on the table games. He/she works in liaison with the dealers, Pit Manager and Games Manager to handle customer concerns, address game issues and provide quality customer service.
