Administrative Coordinator – Corner Brook, NLLocation: Corner Brook, NL
Wage:$18.00 per hour + 4% Vacation Pay
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PMAdministrative CoordinatorIntegrated Staffing is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Coordinator to join a fast-paced team in Corner Brook, NL. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.THE ROLE
  • Perform accurate data entry using programs such as TruckMate and Bringg
  • Maintain filing systems and support day-to-day administrative operations
  • Handle computer-based documentation and office coordination
  • Collaborate effectively with team members or work independently as required
  • Use Microsoft Office and web-based applications efficiently
REQUIREMENTS
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Clear Criminal Record Check (issued within the past 3 months)
  • WHMIS Certification
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities
  • Comfortable performing filing and repetitive computer tasks for extended periods
