Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Handle inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries regarding products and services.
Present and explain product features and benefits to customers, addressing their specific needs.
Effectively manage sales pipeline, tracking leads and following up with potential customers.
Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the sales manager.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
