Supervise and provide guidance to care aides. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Qualifications : Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in British Columbia. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
