Role Name: Application Support Lead

Job Description:
The Application Support Lead is responsible for the operational stability, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the RightAngle and Zema platforms.
This role provides leadership for Level and Level application support teams, manages incident and problem resolution, drives system reliability, and serves as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
The individual will ensure optimal performance of energy trading, risk management, and market data management applications while supporting business-critical operations.
