Our client, a well-established financial services provider in Canada, specializes in alternative lending and deposit investment products. They are known for their strong customer focus and a supportive, integrity-driven work culture. On site in Toronto (downtown) required for first 3 weeks. Hybrid (2 days work from home) after successful completion of training and demonstration of competence in the role. This is a bilingual (French English) customer service role within a contact centre environment. The specialist will handle inbound calls, assist clients with mortgage and deposit-related inquiries, and ensure accurate and timely service. What They Offer : - Full-time positions (35 hours / week) - Base salary plus bonus - Comprehensive benefits package - Paid In-class training provided (Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.) - Peer mentorship and job shadowing support - Shifts scheduled between Mon-Sat during business hours Key Responsibilities : - Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries - Deliver best-in-class service across mortgage and deposit products - Resolve issues and escalate complaints within service standards - Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, and privacy regulations - Complete system updates and account maintenance as needed Key Qualifications : - Bilingual in French English (verbal and written) - 2+ years in customer service or contact centre environment - Working knowledge of mortgages and / or registered deposit products (TFSA, RRSP, RIF, GICs) is an asset - Post-secondary education in business or finance preferred - Strong communication, time management, and computer skills To speed up the hiring process, apply directly to this position with your resume as a Word Document or PDF (other formats will cause an error).
