Job Description
Location : Toronto
Duration : 6 months

- Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
- Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groups
- Translate CAPEX / OPEX policies into compensation configurations
- Work with UI / UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
- Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
- Develop and manage custom roles, ensuring secure access and compliance
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
- Create documentation, test cases, and conduct user training
- Provide production support and resolve incentive / commission calculation issues in a timely manner
