We're looking for a creative, hands-on digital marketer with strong content and project management skills—someone who can balance strategy and execution and is equal parts thinker and doer. The Quantum Group is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence—primarily on LinkedIn, but also across other key channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are alike. What You'll Do:- Lead our LinkedIn strategy: create, schedule, and track engaging, high-impact content- Manage daily activity: post, engage, and maintain a strong, consistent voice- Collaborate with internal teams to craft fresh, relevant content- Support digital campaigns: email, paid ads, SEO, and event promotion- Design and develop sales literature, client presentations and marketing tools for sales staff- Keep marketing calendars organized and aligned with key initiativesWho You Are:- Fluent in French - 3-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience- Skilled LinkedIn content creation with strong writing and editing abilities- Organized, proactive, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish- Collaborative and adaptable, with solid project management skills- Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fieldOther Language Requirement: English- Level of Proficiency Required: Advanced- Reasons for Language Requirement: Internal Team Collaboration- Frequency of Use: ConstantlyPlease send your resume in Word format to Christina Monaco at Christina.monaco@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
