Front Row Sports is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator with sewing experience to join our production team. This is a key role in our operation, supporting custom embroidery for hockey jerseys, team apparel, school uniforms, and business wear.

No embroidery machine experience? No problem - we provide full training on our embroidery equipment for the right candidate. If you are comfortable sewing, enjoy hands on work, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

What you will do

You will be responsible for producing high-quality embroidered garments from start to finish, working both independently and as part of our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, operate, and adjust embroidery machines (training provided).
• Set up garments for embroidery, including hooping and thread changes.
• Inspect finished product for stitch quality, design placement, and colour accuracy.
• Make adjustments to ensure all items meet Front Row's quality standards.
• Perform sewing work as required.
• Complete daily production logs and paperwork.
• Perform routine machine care, including cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Use Asana and other productivity tools to stay organized and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
