Smart Savvy Associates is pleased to partner with a Vancouver-based residential property developer in their search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The right person for this role is a strong general marketer who is confident in handling all angles of a marketing plan from print digital and experiential. This is a role that requires confidence and marketing experience in the residential real estate industry as it plays a key role on this small team.

As the Sr Marketing Coordinator you will...

• Support marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital print and event channels for residential projects.
• Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials in line with brand standards.
• Partner with Sales to deliver campaigns and collateral that drive engagement and conversions.
• Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities website updates email and social media.
• Track and report on campaign metrics offering insights and optimization recommendations.
• Coordinate with external agencies designers and vendors to ensure timely high-quality deliverables.
• Assist with launches events and open houses to support project success.
