Job Summary :

Sew Industries Inc. is hiring a Sewing Machine Operators Supervisor to lead our sewing team. You will oversee daily production, ensure quality standards, and maintain smooth workflow.

Wage : $36.50 per hour

Hours : 35 hours per week

Employment Type : Full-time

The Job Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and organize the daily operations of production staff to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.

Plan and manage work schedules while coordinating with other departments to maintain production efficiency.

Develop clear methods and timelines to meet production goals and delivery deadlines.

Monitor progress and prepare regular production and performance reports.

Identify areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions to enhance output and quality standards.

Guide and train employees on job responsibilities, workplace safety, and company regulations.

Handle and resolve work-related issues promptly to maintain effective team performance.

Request and manage production materials and supplies to support ongoing operations.

Participate in staffing activities, including recruitment, promotion, and performance review decisions.

Review and assess employees performance and work quality to ensure standards are met.

Skills & Qualifications :

Language : English required

Education : Minimum high school diploma

Supervisory Experience :

• At least 2 years sewing machine operation experience, with proven experience in sewing production supervision and team management.
• Able to manage 5 10 sewing machine operators

Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
