We are currently seeking a AI Development Engineer - Remote to join our team in Canada (CA).

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, data engineering, and model optimization, along with a strong understanding of software development best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to support model development.
• Monitor and improve model performance in production environments.
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply them to enhance solution capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years experience in AI Agents, machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• 3 to 5 years Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical AI considerations
