ARTARx’s vision is to create a unique pharmacy environment in Canada that supports its pharmacy team members to practice to the full extent of their clinical scope without the retail / commercial burden of a traditional community pharmacy. This will be a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, will be based out of ARTA’s Calgary location. The Pharmacy Manager will lead the day-to- day dispensary operations of ARTARx and collaborate on the design of strategic programs and services offered by the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager will serve as ARTARx’s Licensee and will be responsible for both the operation of ARTARx in accordance with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) Standards of Practice as well as delivery of highest quality pharmacy services to ARTA members.
The ARTARx Pharmacy Manager will prioritize the provision of the highest level of clinical care to ARTA plan members. ARTARx will allocate educational resources to the Pharmacy Manager to facilitate the continued development of their clinical knowledge to meet the needs of the organization.
