Job Description :

• Experience as a CI Leader or Clinical project Lead.
• Experience in Transfusion Medicine Inpatient and Outpatient workflows and / or design.
• Experience in Canadian Health Care System a Requirement
• Experience in understanding BC / Canadian TML requirements an asset but not a requirement.
• Has proven experience leading a team of resources, including informatics, business analysts, and working with EHR Build teams.
• Proven experience participating in EHR design and implementations in a lead role, including :
• the identification, mitigation, and management of identified project level risk and issues.
• Documentation and reporting of project status through project governance processes.
• Has strong written documentation skills, including but not limited SBARs, Briefing Notes, Governance Decision Tickets, Project Status Updates
• Experience in the following tools required : JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio
• Working knowledge of MS Project role for project management and the importance of resource allocation, resource levelling, and slack management
• Ability to facilitate project team scrums as necessary to track and manage work deliverables and escalations.
• Strong organizational skills abilities and managing multiple tracks of work or competing priorities.
• Includes organization of own work and deliverables as well as supporting the organization of the team as a whole to ensure the project stays on track and on time to meet its deliverables.
• Has demonstrated experience in leading a project through design, into implementation.
