About the role

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal Ski Concierge .

Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Hourly Wage : $21.00-$22.00

What you will do :

Are you excited about delivering the best recreational experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! Our Ski Concierge allows us to enjoy the beautiful outdoors while assisting our guests with their ski boots or snowboards.

They provide an elevated level of service by recommending their favorite ski runs and places to dine onthe mountains. The team works hand in hand with Whistler Blackcomb when it comes to equipment rental and workspace.

The Ski Concierge team bring equipment back and forth from the resort to the Ski Concierge building at the base of Blackcomb Mountain every day to ensure the guest is ready to ski either mountain.

What you bring :

Experience skiing or snowboarding

Retail or customer service experience

Must hold a clean BC Driver’s license.

Must have excellent verbal and written skills.

Ability to work in Canada
