Our client located in Toronto is looking for a Bilingual Health and Safety Specialist to add to their team. What's in it for you : Excellent compensation with benefitsPension plan4 weeks of vacationRemote opportunity, work in the office 1 day per week In this role, you will be responsible for : Developing and coordinating H&S programsCoordinating and managing H&S incidentsInvestigating accidents, work refusals and incidentsEnsuring H&S policies and procedures are being followedImplementing return to work and modified work policiesSharing H&S policies and procedures with team membersAny other duties as required The ideal candidate will have : Fluently bilingual in both French and English3-5 years of Health and Safety experienceUniversity Degree in Human Resources and / or Industrial RelationsMust have JHSC Part 1 Certification Superior working knowledge of Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Must have a reliable vehicle to travel frequently to various work locations within Southern Ontario Please note : the selected candidate will undergo a criminal and vulnerable background check
