Manpower is excited to have multiple PERMANENT opportunities with our client, a leading and growing baked goods manufacturer, for their facilities in Brampton, ON! These will be FULL TIME opportunities, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hrs per week on SIN

Machine Operator $18.82 per hour

What will you be doing?

Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment

Review the daily production schedule

Responsible for proper and accurate set up of the lines

Coordinate with Mixers and other Machine Operators on the line

Maintain a safe and hazard free work area including proper cleaning of equipment

Provide coverage as a general production worker / mixer when required

Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP' and Health and Safety.

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

What do you bring to the job?

Ability to lift upwards of 25lbs

Completion of high school education or equivalent

Manufacturing experience (food manufacturing experience an asset).

Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.

Computer proficiency for MS Applications such as Word, and Excel.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills
