Position Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. This role blends relationship management, consultative strategy, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined portfolio of healthcare industry clients
- Manage and oversee the delivery of market research and consulting projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities based on client needs
- Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high‑quality deliverables
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews
- Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems
Qualifications
3 years of experience in account management or client services in a B2B setting (preferably within healthcare, market research, or consulting)Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and multi‑phase projectsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of the healthcare industry, particularly medical devices or life sciences, is a strong assetFamiliarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platformsBachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related fieldSalary : CA$60,000 – CA$80,000 per year commensurate with experienceSales Commission : Uncapped commission structure to double salary and moreProfit‑sharing / Bonus : In addition to salary and uncapped Commission (based on hitting quota, client satisfaction and retention KPIs)Total Target Compensation (OTC) : CA$110,000 – CA$140,000+ annuallyComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and statutory holidaysWork‑Life balance budgetTrip to Hawaii for Sales Person of the yearFlexible work hours and hybrid optionsWhy Join Us?
