A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Lead to be part of Rimrock Banff, Emblems Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of all mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, pumps, and related process equipment.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of the pool and spa facilities, company vehicles, laundry equipment and hotel temperature monitoring and control systems.
• Perform duties in alignment with 5th Class Power Engineer requirements and provincial regulations, including ‘hands‑on’ work.
• Collect, compile, and analyze equipment performance data; monitor trends and proactively respond to anomalies.
• Maintain and update detailed logbooks, process documentation, and compliance records.
• Conduct and audit scheduled equipment and machine checks, ensuring adherence to safety and maintenance protocols.
