As team leader, you support team management. You coordinate your unit’s activities, action plans and initiatives. You coach and guide a team composed primarily of highly experienced professionals, assign tasks and activities, and regularly monitor progress.
You support talent development and employee engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment where everyone’s contribution is valued.
Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field. You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business.
Coordination is critical, so you interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of other fields. More specifically, you will be required to :
Foster and maintain the conditions that enable the team to succeed and keep the team focused on delivering value, achieving objectives and meeting commitments.
Facilitate communication and help the team to continuously improve their process.
Be a catalyst and facilitator of workshops / meetings to ensure healthy team collaboration (planning, follow-up, retrospective, product portfolio refinement, etc.).
Manage scope, roadmap, budget, risks, blockers and reporting and prepare progress reports for all decision-making committees.
Submit OPEX and CAPEX prioritization requests to various committees.
Consult with business lines at appropriate times to understand needs and ensure proper execution of work.
Assemble, develop and deploy a number of competitive and comprehensive offers / products anchored in data to serve the various business sectors.
Propose an innovative and engaging target vision for the offers / products under their responsibility and create the medium- and long-term roadmap in line with the organization's strategic priorities.
Monitor business sectors and implement recommendations for the evolution of offers / products in line with expectations.
Work in collaboration with stakeholders on proposals related to the Enterprise offering, with a view to creating value for the customer member and the organization and develop the levers required to support the execution of offers / products and ensure their dissemination in various internal forums.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of nine years of relevant experience

PMP Certification
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and / or clients
Knowledge of Ontario financial services
