Location : This is an in-person position based in Vaughan, Ontario, with occasional travel to our Brampton facility and our Headquarters in Bruchsal Germany.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst with expertise in data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI , along with advanced knowledge of SEO and Generative AI search technologies . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing digital performance, optimizing our online presence, and leveraging AI-driven insights to inform and enhance marketing and content strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Execute web analytics activities across multiple international markets
Manage and optimize tracking setups using E-Tracker and Qlik
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
Visualize insights and present findings in PowerPoint to stakeholders at all levels
Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral patterns to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate closely with UX, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to drive data-informed decisions
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations

Your Profile

2+ years of experience in web analytics, digital insights, or a related field

Hands-on experience with E-Tracker and Qlik (mandatory)

Strong skills in User Journey tracking, funnel analysis, and behavioral insights

Proficiency in Power BI for data modeling and visualization

Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations

Experience working in an international environment
