The Role
The Finance Business Partner will serve as the primary financial advisor to campus leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and capital project planning. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role providing financial insight to guide both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and monthly close processes.
- Monitor financial xpos identification and variance tracking, to recommend corrective actions.
- Support capital expenditure planning and track major projects.
- Oversee cash flow, banking, AP / AR, and payroll review.
- Provide financial modelling and decision‑support analysis to campus leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with academic aprend operations teams to support financial decision‑making.
- Partner with[lregional finance leadership during audits and reporting cycles.
The Candidate
Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance required.CPA or CFA preferred.5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.áciles
Comfort working on‑site and partnering with non‑finance stakeholders.Advanced Excel skills; experience with systems like NetSuite considered an asset.Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information to diverse audiences.Seniority level
