Sr. Architectural Discipline Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a full-time Senior Architectural Discipline Manager to join our Windsor office. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a wide range of architectural projects from schematic design through construction and on-site contract administration
• Prepare and oversee architectural working drawings, construction details, and specifications with a strong focus on quality control
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a collaborative, team-based environment
• Coordinate and contribute to all phases of project delivery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to budgets and schedules
• Lead and participate in business development activities
• Manage and review work produced by project teams for quality, compliance, and constructability
• Apply sound knowledge of building science, construction detailing, and applicable building codes
• Conduct site reviews to assess compliance with drawings and specifications and prepare related reports
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, consultants, and clients in a fast-paced, supportive environment
• Support the firm’s long-term growth with the potential to advance into a principal management role and future partnership
