A group RRSP plan with an employer contribution of up to 5% Competitive Group Insurance and an Employee Assistance Program Work uniform supplied (clothes, boots, glasses) Pleasant and clean work environment A company that values its people with a very good employee retention rate WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN JOINING THE TEAM Under the supervision of the Assembly Foreman, assemble and test various components and machines according to plans, instructions, drawings, procedures and standards in place for semi automatic machines. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assemble components and machines according to standards and procedures established, technical and quality specifications, following plans, designs and instructions given by immediate superior Wiring as necessary on special orders Drill holes in order to wire panels and machines Test final assembly using check list Di-electrical tests (CSA 2200V) on all machines Can make connections varying between 24V and 600V Use forklift and overhead crane to move heavy items Clean work station and put away tools and instruments used Is aware and careful of safety of self and others Can be asked to train new employees Contributes to the collective efforts of the department.
