About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vaughan. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone organized, dependable, and eager to gain office experience in a supportive manufacturing environment.

You will play an important role in helping our office run smoothly through administrative support, filing, document organization, and basic data entry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily filing, scanning, and document organization
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Assist with data entry and updating records
  • Support general office operations (printing, photocopying, mailing)
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure organization of shared spaces
  • Assist management and team members with routine administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college diploma in Office Administration is an asset)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable using office equipment (scanner, printer, photocopier)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
