Description de posteBachelors Degree (Science Technology Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related discipline The ability to develop and teach undergraduate courses (theory and laboratory practice) An understanding of and experience in the Canadian water and wastewater systems operations and legislation. A commitment to diversity equity and inclusion. A commitment to honouring Truth Reconciliation and Rights in PSE Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems. Masters Degree (Science Technology Engineering) or equivalent in a closely related discipline Prior post-secondary education (PSE) -level teaching experience in related discipline Experience in curriculum development Work experience and connections to Industry. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and commitment to efficiency and effectiveness.

- . An ability to teach 7 of the following courses annually (640 hours of instruction) :
- WTTP 1730 Mechanical Systems & Wastewater Distribution
- WTTP 1800 Applied Electrical
- WTTPInstrumentation 1 & II
- WTTP 1850 Water Treatment II
- WTTP 1830 Mechanical Systems II & Energy Management
- WTTP 2710 Water Chemistry
- WTTP 2830 Management & Leadership Skills
- WTTP 2800 Microbiology and Toxicology
- WTTP 2730 Filtration
- WTTPWastewater Utility 1 & II
- WTTP 2740 Disinfection
- WTTP 2720 Advanced Coagulation & Particle Removal
- WTTP 2860 Industrial Wastewater Pollution & Treatment
- WTTP 2840 Source Water Protection & Management
Requirements
Preference will be given to applicants with advanced education or exemplary experience in Water and Wastewater Treatment operation public health and protection of the environment.
