Position Summary
The Program Support Assistant (“PSA”) provides administrative support to the assigned clinical program and to theProgram Manager. The PSA is responsible for facilitating the non-clinical operations of the assigned program, which mayinclude reception, scheduling, coordinating team meetings (distributing agendas and taking minutes), administering clientrecords, administering program referrals and correspondence, reviewing paperwork, monitoring inventory, purchasingsupplies, and liaising with team members, clients, and third-parties (i.e. contractors). The PSA may be assigned to workin-person at any of CMHA HPE’s office locations, providing on-site reception and office administration support to theassigned location(s). The PSA will be expected to provide back-up coverage at other CMHA HPE office locations fromtime-to-time. The PSA is a front-line service provider, and often the first point-of-contact for the general public and clientsarriving for in-person service, it is expected that the PSA will work in the reception area during regular business hours.
