Feed Mill Office Customer Service role at Sollio Agriculture

Status : Permanent, Full-Time (37,5 hours)

Schedule : 8am to 4.30pm (day shift)

Workplace : 47 Minas Warehouse Road, New Minas, NS

This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer orders by phone and in person
• Processing and distributing orders to appropriate personnel for scheduling
• Providing accurate information on product availability or substitutions and providing excellent customer service
• Processing invoices
• Being responsible for all related paperwork and record keeping
• Assisting in all areas of the feed mill office where required

Challenges we offer

This position serves as the front line of communication by receiving orders directly from farmer customers, retail co-ops and other customers via telephone, text and over the counter. This position also serves as backup to the sales team by accurately responding to customer inquiries whenever possible or forwarding inquiries immediately to the sales team.
