This role involves delivering high-quality recreational programming, focusing on gardening activities that enhance residents' holistic health and well-being. Ideal candidates should have a Degree in Horticulture Therapy, completed an internship, and possess a caring attitude towards seniors. This position offers 68 hours of work monthly within a supportive team environment.
