On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Solutions Engineer – BI Platform for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Cornwall, Ontario office.

**Bilingual Solutions Engineer – BI Platform / Ingénieur Solutions Bilingue – Plateforme BI - Job Description:**
Are you passionate about solving technical problems and explaining complex ideas clearly? This role involves supporting a business intelligence product line in Canada, acting as a technical counterpart to the sales team, and helping prospects evaluate analytics solutions with confidence and clarity.

**Bilingual Solutions Engineer – BI Platform / Ingénieur Solutions Bilingue – Plateforme BI - Responsibilities:**
• Work directly with sales reps and prospects to understand use cases, technical needs, and business goals
• Build custom dashboards and reports using analytics tools and data from various sources
• Offer live product demos tailored to each customer's requirements
• Write and deliver technical documentation and proposals to support the sales process
• Act as a go-to resource internally for explaining analytics use cases or integrations
• Help onboard new customers and act as a technical liaison between the customer and product teams

**Bilingual Solutions Engineer – BI Platform / Ingénieur Solutions Bilingue – Plateforme BI - Mandatory Skills:**
• At least 2 years of experience in a BI, data analytics, or solutions engineering role
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of SQL and Python for data analysis or transformation tasks
• Hands-on experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik
• Familiarity with ETL workflows and tools
• Clear communication skills, especially for non-technical audiences
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field—or equivalent experience

**Bilingual Solutions Engineer – BI Platform / Ingénieur Solutions Bilingue – Plateforme BI – Nice-to-Have Skills:**
• Experience with “Client” Analytics
• Knowledge of CRMs and ERPs
• Experience with APIs
• Familiarity with Alteryx, Talend, or dbt
• Experience in a global company environment

This is a permanent position.
