Our client is at the leading edge of their field in data intelligence and machine generated data. As part of the Cloud Delivery team you’ll be part of the work behind the scenes to ensure customer accounts are tested and ready before being deployed. Here’s the Deal :

  • This is a full time, permanent position starting Nov 22nd, 2023.
  • The position is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. There is some flexibility for working from home, but you will need to have the ability to work in the office as business needs fluctuate.
  • This is a job with regular evenings and weekends. Your schedule will be based on 40 hours per week. The program is open weekdays between 11 : 00am to 11 : 00pm, Monday to Friday, 11 : 00am to 7 : 00pm on Saturday and 4 : 00pm to 12 : 00am Sundays. To be considered, you need to be available for 8-hour shifts that fall within those times. Your weekly schedule will rotate through the hours of operations. If you’re looking for a Monday-Friday, 9-5 type job, this likely isn’t going to work for you.
  • At the end of every quarter, hours of operation are extended to 4am and may include a weekend. Your shift schedule will reflect those hours for a few shifts during that time.
  • The hourly wage is $17.50.
  • We will provide all the equipment you need. You’ll need to have hard-wired internet with upload / download speeds that meet our testing minimums, a desk and chair.

  • What You'll Do :

  • Analyze and perform quality control validations to ensure products are delivered on time and according to standards, ensuring all the right details are there.
  • Monitor ongoing work and collaborate with other teams to provide input relating to your area of work.
  • Monitor long-running customer orders and communicate with internal cloud owners to coordinate extensions or shutdowns
  • What You'll Need to Succeed :

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot in a technical environment
  • Education in a technology related field is not required, but an aptitude and interest in the world of tech is an asset
  • Demonstrated success in following complex processes and procedures, while staying meticulous about details.
  • Proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly (both verbally and in written communications) to a professional business environment.
