What you'll do :
Work Intake Management
Manage the intake of content requests from various teams and collaborators.
Input tasks and requests into JIRA, ensuring all necessary details and requirements are documented.
Track and prioritize incoming requests, coordinating with the web production team to prioritize accordingly.
Triage and Support
Assist in the triage of issues related to web content and publishing, advancing complex problems to senior team members.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and content authors to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Content Coordination
Support the Web Publishers in preparing content for publication, including basic content entry, formatting, and image uploads.
Help ensure content meets quality standards and is aligned with brand guidelines before submission for publishing.
Workflow Management
Supervise the progress of content tasks in JIRA, ensuring deadlines are met and any blockers are addressed promptly.
Connect with team members to provide updates on the status of their requests and any potential delays.
Documentation and Process Improvement
Maintain documentation for web content processes and standard methodologies, updating as needed to reflect changes in workflows.
Suggest improvements to streamline content management and publishing processes.
What you'll bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
1-2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related role.
Basic understanding of web content management and publishing processes.
Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Experience with JIRA or similar task management tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
