Autobody Customer Service Representative / Estimator

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of autobody parts, services, and repair solutions to individual customers, dealerships, and commercial accounts. You will build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the autobody industry.
- Promote and sell autobody parts, paint products, and collision repair services.
- Prepare accurate quotes and assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 2 years in autobody sales and / or estimatingKnowledge : Strong understanding of autobody parts, collision repair processes, and paint systems.Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Technical : Ability to use Mitchell Connect and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMUST be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent ResidentCompensation & Benefits
