Position : Brand Manager
Location : North Toronto / GTA
Work Model : On-Site, 4 days on site and 1 day remote wfh (required)

Salary Range : $80,000 to $110,000 base plus performance bonus
About Our Client
Our client is a privately held consumer products company operating in the beauty and personal care category, with a portfolio of established brands sold across major Canadian and U.S. retail channels. The organization is known for combining creative brand building with commercial discipline, and for giving marketers meaningful ownership over their work. They are hiring a Brand Manager to support the continued growth of a core haircare business. This role is well suited to a brand marketer who enjoys being close to the work, from product ideation and launch execution through to campaign performance and ongoing optimization, and who thrives in a fast moving, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities :
- Support the planning and execution of brand initiatives, product launches, and marketing programs aligned with commercial objectives
- Manage day to day brand activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross functional inputs stay on track
- Work closely with creative, communications, eCommerce, and sales partners to bring campaigns to market across digital and retail channels
- Contribute to the development of new products, including concept input, launch readiness, and post launch review
- Monitor category, consumer, and competitive trends to inform brand decisions and recommendations
- Analyze brand and campaign performance using sales and market data, and summarize insights and next steps for stakeholders
- Support the creation of presentations, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials
- Participate in cross functional projects that support broader business or portfolio initiatives
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in brand marketing within CPG, beauty, personal care, wellness, or a related consumer categoryExperience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and product launchesStrong analytical capability, with experience working from sales, POS, or syndicated market dataAdvanced presentation skills, comfortable building and delivering clear, structured decksHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentHands on, self directed, and comfortable taking ownership from planning through executionDemonstrated interest in beauty and haircare, candidates must show clear familiarity with products, trends, and the consumer landscapeAbility to work on site in Vaughan four days per week (mandatory)__________________________________________________________________________________
